WORK PRINCIPLES

MY APPROACH

Ruthlessly prioritize

Maintaining focus on initiatives that matter most is critical. I structure my own time around work that is most valuable to the business, and I'm not shy about telling leaders and stakeholders about the opportunity cost that comes with scope creep and lower-value distractions.

Unleash my inner skeptic

Admittedly, I'm a bit of a cynic. While I used to try to hide it, I've come to see it as superpower. Interrogating experiences, services, and workflows—whether your own or a competitor's—requires a doubter's mindset.

Be open and learn

I believe ego is the enemy of learning, and I love to learn. I ask "dumb" questions, dig to understand things from first principles, and own my mistakes so I can improve and move on.

Empower and celebrate teams

We are all trying to grow our careers and have fun while doing it. I want my collaborators to learn new skills, feel ownership over the work, and enjoy the rewards—that's how we maintain momentum into our next challenge.
